Delete your SipMate account
You can request permanent deletion of your SipMate account directly from inside the app.
Delete from the app
- Open SipMate and sign in to your account.
- Open your profile/settings area.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
The request is processed for the currently authenticated account. After successful deletion you will no longer be able to sign in with that account unless you register again.
What is deleted
Account deletion is intended to remove account-linked data including your authentication identity, profile, uploaded profile photos, Cheers data, chats and messages linked to your conversations, skipped-profile records and other account-specific service records.
What may be retained
Limited information may be retained only where required by law, necessary for fraud or abuse prevention, dispute handling, security, accounting or enforcement of legal obligations. Any retained information is kept only for the period required for that purpose.
If you cannot access the app
If you cannot sign in or cannot use the in-app deletion option, use the official contact options on the SipMate Contact page and request account deletion. Include enough information for us to verify that the account belongs to you, but do not send passwords or authentication codes.
